Get in the Game!

“Success is NOT an Accident”! That is true. It is also the name of a book I am currently reading. If you think that success is an accident, you are wrong. Real Estate is like baseball. It really comes down to fundamentals. If everyone on the team adheres to the fundamentals of the game, the baseball team will usually win. If the baseball team if filled with superstars that do not carry out the simply fundamentals of the game, they will most likely lose. So, are you accomplishing the simple fundamentals of Real Estate? Think about it. Real Estate is all about leads! How can you get listings if you do not have a lead? How can you write a contract if you have no buyers? What can you put into action TODAY that is fundamental to your Real Estate Business? Think back to the day you passed your Real Estate exam….what was going through your mind? What was the reason you wanted to be a Realtor? Did you visualize where you wanted to be & what you wanted to become? Did you focus on where you wanted to go and how you would get there? What is stopping you now? Focus on what you want and practice the fundamentals. Get in the game. Focus on Leads and Listings and you are on your way. We are half way thru 2008. How close are you to what you wanted to achieve this year? This is the time to re-assess your goals. This is the 7th inning stretch. Get in the Game!
