The Value-Added Agent

The following post is based on a presentation I did at a recent sales meeting to my agents. One of my incredible agents suggested I use it and share it with all. This will be posted in several parts and is based on an article I read in Broker Agent News. Enjoy and I hope it makes you want to be a Value-Added Agent!
The #1 Attribute of a Value-Added Agent is that they WORK FULL TIME in real estate! I did not realize it, but statistically, 65% of Real Estate agents are part-time! That figure may even be higher in this shifted market. Most seller and buyers are not aware of that. YOU MUST let them know your commitment to them and your career! Think, “If I was a buyer or a seller, who would I choose? A FULL TIME agent or a part time agent?”
If you are a part time agent, are you taking the necessary steps to make Real Estate a Full Time commitment? Remember that a person’s home is most always the biggest financial investment a person makes. Again, think, who would you choose? I know that I always made sure my customers and clients were aware that I was there for them. Real Estate is my CAREER! Make sure your clients are aware as well!
