The #2 Attribute of a Value-Added Agent is that they are continuously EDUCATED! Real estate changes every day and a value added agent is apprised of all the changes in legal issues and technology. In fact, a value-added agent will go above and beyond what is required by them by their local laws. Most highly successful agents have designations! They are the letters that follow their name. I have my ASR, CRS, and GRI. They are Accredited Seller Representative, Certified Residential Specialist, and Graduate Realtor Institute. I have spent hundreds of hours on continuing education. Each class has helped me be a better Realtor. It is known that Realtors with designations make more money. When you invest in your self and your business, you will see the results in your pocket book!
